Legal Course Hub

Last updated: March 2026

Legal Course Hub provides online legal training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses through a monthly subscription service. This Refund and Returns Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how cancellations work.

1. Subscription Model

Legal Course Hub operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you gain access to our online training platform, courses, learning materials, and resources.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Access to the platform will remain available until the end of the billing period already paid for.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

  • If you cancel, no further payments will be taken.
  • Your access to courses will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Cancelling does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

3. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases.

However, by subscribing to Legal Course Hub and accessing our digital courses immediately, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Access to the digital content begins immediately after purchase.
  • You waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right once digital content access has begun.

This means refunds are generally not available once you have accessed the course platform.

4. When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the platform and cannot be resolved
  • Incorrect billing due to system error

Each request will be reviewed individually.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not normally be issued where:

  • You have accessed course materials
  • You forgot to cancel before the next billing cycle
  • You did not complete the course
  • You no longer require the training

6. Faulty or Misdescribed Content

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

If any course content fails to meet these requirements, please contact us and we will aim to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement access, or a refund where appropriate.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your account details and reason for the request.

📧 Email: refunds@legalcoursehub.co.uk

We aim to review refund requests within 5–10 working days.

8. Changes to This Policy

Legal Course Hub reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
